Notification no. 289 dated 28/03/2018 -Appointing 1st day of April, 2018 -from which the Provosions at serial n0. 3 [other than sub-rule (7) of Rule 138], serial no. 4, serial no. 5 , serial no. 6, serial no.7 and serial no. 8 of Notification no. 282 dated 24/03/18 shall come into Force.
